1. Who we are
Imposter Lobby is a party game made by a small team. When these terms say we, us or our, they mean the people behind it. You can reach us any time at contact@imposterlobby.com.
2. The waiting list
Joining the list is free and asks for nothing but your email. It holds you a place, it does not promise a launch date. The perks on the home page are what we plan to give the list, and if a plan changes we say so in the launch email. How we handle your email is in the privacy policy.
3. Age
You need to be 16 or older to join the list, make an account or play. If we learn that a younger person has signed up, we delete what they gave us.
4. Playing fair
Lying is the game, being cruel is not. In a room, and anywhere else the game reaches, do not harass, threaten or bully anyone. Do not share sexual, hateful or illegal content. Do not record or screenshot other players on camera without their permission. Do not cheat, exploit bugs or get in the way of the servers.
Players can report anyone who breaks these rules. We can remove content, end a session or close an account that does.
5. What you bring
Your cam, your mic, your name and anything you say in a room stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to carry them live to the other players in your room while you play. We do not record streams, the privacy policy has the details.
6. What is ours
The game, the Imposter Lobby name, Baggy, the art and this website belong to us. Share screenshots and clips of your own games as much as you like, with the permission of anyone else in them. Do not copy the game or pass our work off as yours.
7. Paid extras
The game is free to play at launch. Any paid extras are sold through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms, and refunds follow their rules. Prices are shown before you buy. Extras are optional, nothing you need to play.
8. When things break
We work hard to keep the game running, but we provide the site and the app as they are, with no promise that they are always available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing here takes away the rights you have by law as a consumer.
9. Ending things
You can stop playing and delete your account any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law or someone's safety stops us.
10. Changes and contact
When these terms change we update the date at the top, and if a change matters we tell account holders in the app first. Questions go to contact@imposterlobby.com, or use the contact page.
